Chris Knight is the founder of Knight Enterprises, a local production company that is responsible for producing a number of award winning cooking shows. For the past three years Chris has been asked by Ottawa Magazine to select his top 10 places to eat in Ottawa. “Ottawa Living” sat down with Chris to ask him why he chose his latest top 10 best restaurants. Chris’ criteria is simple; each restaurant has to be locally owned and operated (no restaurant chains) and that a restaurant must be open at least a year before being eligible for, “The List”.
