Kasia Bodurka is currently the host of daytime along with Christian Pritchard. She is a well known and well loved face at Rogers TV and is also the host and producer of First Local’s entertainment segment, Spotlight on Durham. Born and raised in Durham Region, Kasia loves working and living in this vibrant community.

Kasia has worked in radio and television since 1999. She joined the Rogers TV team in 2004 as a news reporter and became host of daytime in 2005. She has stayed true to her love of the television industry also hosting Midday and Exploring Durham Region.

She graduated from the University of Ottawa, where she majored in Mass Communications and studied French. Later, she went on to study Broadcast Journalism at Seneca College.
