In the summer of 2007, Diane started volunteering with Rogers TV. She co-hosted a summer series on Rogers TV called, 'Celebrate the County.' From there she gracefully stepped into the role of host on daytime with her co-host, Dave Carr.
Diane was born in Toronto and raised in Owen Sound. She moved from Owen Sound after high school to further her education in Business Management and Travel and Tourism. In 1989 she chose a career in the commercial aviation field as a flight attendant. This fourteen year career choice afforded Diane the opportunity to travel to many countries around the world.
In 2003, Diane graduated from ‘The Institute of Holistic Nutrition’ in Toronto and earned a designation, with honors, as a 'Registered Nutritional Consultant’, RNC. Since that time, she worked in various jobs in the fitness and nutrition fields.
In 2005 Diane moved back to our area and worked for the 'Heart and Stroke Foundation Grey Bruce.' She was given the 'Home Town Hero Award' for her volunteer work at the Foundation.
