Michelle is currently the host of Oshawa Generals coverage and Brooklin Redmen Lacrosse action on Rogers TV.

Born and raised in Durham Region, Michelle is an active member of the community. She has worked with a variety of committees helping to organize and emcee local events including The Whitby Youth Council, Mayor’s Gala, Celebrating Youth Awards Dinner, Whitby Idol, Whitby Winter Carnival, Harvest Festivals and Whitby Youth Fair.

Michelle lives and breathes sports. Her involvement with sports and physical fitness started at a young age. She’s played REP basketball, soccer, baseball and volleyball for over ten years and has coached and refereed girl’s basketball. After attending numerous LOSSA and OFSAA Championships and Team Training Camps at Laurentian University, Michelle wanted to take her love for personal fitness to a new level by becoming a certified personal trainer.

Michelle has hosted OFSAA Boys Hockey Championships, produced a documentary on AHL goaltender Justin Pogge and has produced recruitment videos with Achilles Productions for Ryerson Sports. Michelle has gained valuable broadcasting experience as a finalist on Much Music’s, Much Takeover aired nationwide. She has also completed the TSN B.E.S.T Scholarship and Internship working as a Story Editor for Sportscentre, as well as a final placement with Leafs and Raptors TV. She currently works fulltime at CBC/Radio-Canada as an Outreach Coordinator in Child and Youth Programming.

Michelle graduated from Ryerson University in 2009 with a Degree in Radio and Television Arts and a minor in English.
