Margaret is selected as the University of Guelph "2011 Alumna of Honour"
The University of Guelph Alumni Association (UGAA) Awards of Excellence and the 25th Anniversary of the President and Chancellor Scholarships took place 24 March 2012. The Alumni Association recognized only three alumni. Margaret took the top honour as the 2011 Alumna of Honour (the other two were for Alumni Medal of Achievement and Alumni Volunteer).
