Crime Stoppers - Crime of the Month - Hasty Market Robbery
The Waterloo Regional Police Robbery unit is looking for your assistance in identifying the suspects for the following Robbery. On Saturday, March 28, 2020, a commercial robbery occurred at the Hasty Market located at 3101 Kingsway Drive, in the city of Kitchener.
At approximately 6:24 p.m. two males entered the store, both had their faces concealed by hoods and face coverings. The male suspects approached the cashiers counter to make a purchase. As the clerk opened the cash one male produced a silver knife and wielded it towards the clerk over the open cash drawer. The suspects stole cash from the cashier and fled the plaza lot towards Kingsway Drive.
Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward for any information leading to an arrest in this incident or any other serious crime. You won't be asked to identify yourself, or testify in court.
