Special Deer Hunt in Cranbrook
The B.C. Minstry for Water, Land and Resource Stewardship has mandated a special deer hunt in the area surrounding Cranbrook B.C. in an effort to stop the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease. All B.C. Residents are elibigle for the hunt, which runs January 5th-31st, provided they haven't already met their quota of 3 deer. Kootenay hunters, who are normally have a 2-deer limit, have been given a 3rd for this hunt.
