Cooking with Egg Farmers of New Brunswick is a local production focusing on the preparation and cooking of delicious meals featuring eggs!
Your host, Alain Bossé, The Kilted Chef, will show you the ingredients needed and demonstrate how to prepare and cook signature egg dishes. Allain will be joined by New Brunswick’s own egg producers who will help him with the recipes using locally-sourced eggs and other ingredients.
