Affordable Housing Units Coming to Northwest London
Royal Premier Homes announced that 17 of the 170 units in their 8-storey development at 801 Sarnia Rd will be affordable, with a rent of $990 a month. The project accessed funds at the federal level, as well as the City of London’s Dollars to Doors program to create the affordable units and was one of 34 large-scale residential projects that were part of the Fast-Track Housing Mayoral Direction in 2025 to speed up approvals.
