Jordan Mercier

Jordan, a graduate of Loyalist College in Broadcast Journalism, started his career in media covering local sports at Rogers tv Durham. Originally from Whitby, Jordan announced games for the Whitby Fury Junior A hockey team. In November 2006 he was awarded the Rogers tv Volunteer of the Month award. Since then, he's moved onto his current role as News Director for My Broadcasting Corporation, overseeing dozens of radio stations across Ontario. Jordan now resides in Peterborough, where he founded MNC Podcast Productions and hosts The Capital PTBO Sports Show.

Hello, thanks for stopping by! My name is Mark Million and I am the co-owner of The Capital PTBO in Peterborough. I'm proud to be part of the fabric of our downtown as a retailer. The store was my dream and with great help we opened in November of 2021. I'm super proud of the job Jordan and Matt do for our Capital PTBO Sports show - talking sports and trivia every week was my childhood dream. Matty Latour

Matt Latour is a graduate of Niagara College’s Broadcasting Program, and has seen his fair share of unique live-sporting events from unique viewpoints. Matt was the first-ever commentary voice for the Niagara River Lions of the Canadian Elite Basketball League, having worked for the team for two seasons. He’s also seen the 2015 OHL Finals as a volunteer camera operator with Rogers TV in Oshawa. Now, he finds a passion in producing The Capital PTBO Sports Show in his current city of Peterborough, ON. In his spare time, Matt loves to play chess, watch movies and do graphic design projects.
