12,000 More Residents Connected to Primary Care
More than twelve thousand people across London and Middlesex, who previously didn't have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, are now connected to primary care.
Health officials say the achievement is the result of a community-wide effort, involving family health teams, community health centres, physicians and provincial funding aimed at improving access to care.
