REDI Launches “Runway” Program to Help Job Seekers Overcome Barriers
A new REDI Enterprises program called Runway is giving Medicine Hat residents with disabilities the tools they need to join the workforce.
Through hands-on training, job placements, and personalized coaching, the initiative is helping participants build skills and find meaningful employment.
Supported by federal and provincial funding, the program is opening new doors for people who have struggled to find work.
