    Patrick Dalrymple is a mental health advocate at heart and an artist who has overcome his own struggles with mental illness and now wants to help others do the same. Born and raised in a small town, Patrick struggled with depression and anxiety from a young age. Despite trying various forms of treatment, he was unable to find relief until he discovered mindfulness meditation.

    Through the practice of mindfulness and art, Patrick was able to overcome his mental health challenges and gain a new perspective on life. He became passionate about sharing his story with others and the techniques that have helped him. He now volunteers by helping to host workshops and classes online and in person on incorporating mindfulness in daily life. Today, Patrick continues to help host these workshops and classes, and loves listening to those in need. He shares his experiences with mental illness and teaches others about mindfulness and art as a means of healing. His goal is to help as many people as possible overcome their struggles with mental illness and find peace and happiness in their lives.
