City of Lloydminster launches HAPPY Plan to guide housing growth
The City of Lloydminster has introduced the HAPPY Plan, a new initiative aimed at guiding future housing development in the community. The plan builds on the City's 2024 housing needs assesment, which identified gaps in shelter space, transitional housing and affordable housing. While the plan is intended to support new projects, timelines for development remain uncertain and will depend largerly on community partnerships.
