The City of Lloydminster is bringing back its positive ticketing program, rewarding residents for safe and community-minded behaviour. First responders are handing out tickets for actions like wearing helmets, using crosswalks and helping others, each one coming with a small reward and a chance to build positive connections. More than 100 tickets were issued during last year's program, with organizers hoping to continue encouraging safe habits across the community.
