Nelson Hydro Looking To Replace Aged Electrical Meters
The AMR meters that are part of Nelson Hydro's infrastructure at at their end-of-life, and the city-owned utility is looking to replace the old technology with current Advanced Metering Infrastructure that will see benefits for both Nelson Hydro and their customers. The city has already approved the move to AMI, and now the rural portion of the project is before the BCUC for consideration.
