Orillia Opera House - Centre Stage takes a look at the incredible history of the Orillia Opera House beginning with its 1895 construction to its current day theatrical and historical relevance. Fires, ghosts, speculated underground tunnels, theatre performances and charming antidotal stories as told by local residents are all included in this half hour In Focus special presentation. Produced by former Orillian Steve McEown of Rogers Television, Orillia Opera House - Centre Stage includes interviews with many Orillia notables such as David Fanstone, Ken Brown, MP Bruce Stanton, Sharon Hancock, Wendy Hutchings, Terry Rideout, local residents Bob and Barb McEown and Orillia’s own Gordon Lightfoot.
